Before your appointment

On the day of your test please keep hydrated and also remove any handcream or substances that may be on your hands to ensure that they are clean so that other chemicals do not interfer with the test.
If you're feeling nervous about your appointment, please don't worry! We understand that trying something new can be a little daunting. After your appointment
Following your appointment, the most important thing is to carefully consider the results and how they relate to your overall health and well-being. Take some time to reflect on the foods identified and how frequently you consume them. This may involve dietary adjustments and lifestyle changes and speaking with your GP or healthcare professional is recommended.
